The Open Air Art Exhibition has been running each year since 1969. Over a period of 4 weeks, the art of over 100 locals painters is displayed in Imperial Gardens. The Exhibition is organised by a voluntary Exhibition Committee which consist of eleven artists.
The Exhibition is open to all local artists - to professionals and amateurs alike.

Visitors can enjoy the art of local artists as well as buy a painting to decorate their home. Prices are very favourable as the commission charged by the event is much lower than what galleries charge.

OPEN AIR ART EXHIBITION 2008

Applications are considered from any local artist or group (approximately 20 miles radius around Cheltenham) to hire a screen for one week.
Usually,
application forms are sent out in mid-March to artists who have already exhibited, but anybody who would like to participate is considered. The available screens are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so it is important to apply early as the event is always over-subscribed.
