I would like to share a story of my ancestors, including my great great great uncle Charles Ball. He was born in 1833 in Cromwell Common, Gloucestershire and christened in Wotton-under-Edge 12 June 1833.

Joseph Cooper Straford (about 1795 - 1859) was my wife's first cousin four times removed. He was a solicitor in Cheltenham and the Clerk to Cheltenham Magistrates.
